T3 Estate is a premier wedding and event venue opening Spring 2027 in Tilton, Illinois — just 40 minutes from Champaign-Urbana. We are now accepting inquiries and bookings for our founding year. The pricing in this guide reflects our special introductory rates for couples who book early.

Thursday–Sunday Full Weekend

Exclusive venue access from Thursday at 12:00 PM through Sunday at 12:00 PM. Three full nights and four days — setup, rehearsal, your wedding day, and a relaxed Sunday morning send-off. The complete T3 Estate experience.

Friday–Saturday Wedding Weekend

Venue access from Friday at 12:00 PM through Saturday at 11:00 PM. A full two-day experience — arrive Friday to set up and rehearse, celebrate on Saturday.

Full event-day access. Exact hours established in rental agreement.

Ideal for afternoon weddings and intimate celebrations.

Weekday Wedding

Available Monday–Thursday. Full event-day access.

Weekday Space Rental

Non-Wedding Events

$450

Available Monday through Thursday for showers, birthdays, graduations, meetings, fundraisers, and other non-wedding gatherings. Accommodates up to 170 guests. Five-hour rental period. Additional time is $100 per hour when approved in advance.

Bar Packages

All alcoholic beverages served or consumed at T3 Estate must be purchased and served through our licensed bar. Outside alcohol and independently hired bartenders are not permitted.

$24 per guest (21+)

Standard Hosted Bar

$32 per guest (21+)

Bartender Service Fee

$350

1 bartender · Up to 5 hours of service · Additional bartender $150

Cash or Card Bar

$350 service fee

$1,500 minimum in gross bar sales required

Each additional bartender is $150. We recommend one bartender per 75 guests.
