To celebrate the opening of T3 Estate, couples booking during our founding year can enjoy special introductory pricing. Our wedding packages provide generous access to the venue, giving you the time and flexibility to create the celebration you have envisioned.

Exclusive venue access from Thursday at 12:00 PM through Sunday at 12:00 PM. Three full nights and four days — setup, rehearsal, your wedding day, and a relaxed Sunday morning send-off. The complete T3 Estate experience.

One Standard for Every Pour
All alcohol must be purchased through and served by T3 Estate. Outside alcohol and independently hired bartenders are not permitted. Cash, hosted and limited-host bar options will be available. An entirely alcohol-free event is also welcome.

Private Rentals
Weekday Space Rental
Available Monday through Thursday for showers, birthdays, graduations, meetings, fundraisers and other non-wedding gatherings. Accommodates up to 170 guests. All setup and cleanup must occur during the five-hour rental period. Additional time is $100 per hour when approved in advance.

Payment Information
- 01A signed rental agreement and a $250 non-refundable reservation payment are required to secure your event date. This payment is applied toward the $450 rental price.
- 02The remaining $200 rental balance and a refundable $300 security and damage deposit are due 30 days before the event.
Important Rental Information
- Rental time includes setup, the event, and cleanup.
- Additional hours may be available for an added fee.
- Renters are responsible for returning tables and chairs to the required arrangement unless additional cleanup service is purchased.
- Decorations must comply with T3 Estate policies.
- Alcohol is not included with the weekday rental. Any alcohol service must be arranged and approved through T3 Estate.
- Availability is subject to the event calendar and signed rental agreement.
- Wedding ceremonies and receptions are not eligible for the $450 weekday event rate. Weekday weddings are priced separately under the wedding packages.
